Mental Health & Well-Being: Screen Free Week
Together for Mental Health: Everyone, Everyday
Developing positive mental health is important to academic achievement and overall well-being.
The first week of May is Screen Free Week, which is celebrated all over the world. It is an invitation for everyone — children, adults, and entire communities — to switch off completely from screens and take a well-deserved break. If you don’t think you could switch off all week, try putting yourself on Do Not Disturb or turning off your devices during meals and when spending time with others. You could also get outside more and limit video games or your phone use. Limiting screen free time can be good for the mind, body and soul! Try it out this week!
