NiigaanSinclair Durham Catholic District School Board invites families and community members to attend an evening with Niigaan Sinclair. This session will be an opportunity to examine four key moments from the Papal Visit to Canada in 2022 and reflect on our work in Catholic Education as we journey toward Truth and Reconciliation.

Amsterdam and France (May 2025)Exciting News from the Department of Canada & World Studies/Social Sciences
Dear Students of St. Mary CSS,
We have an exciting announcement! High schools in the Durham Catholic District School Board will be traveling overseas to France and the Netherlands in 2025. St. Mary CSS will also be participating with an overseas trip running from May 2nd to May 11th!

Film Fest 2024 Film Fest 2024   The annual St. Mary’s Grade 12 Media Arts & Communication Technology Student Short Film Festival and Digital Art Show is just around the corner. Current Grade 10 students are invited to apply to be a Student Trustee for the upcoming school year! Student Trustees are secondary students who are elected by their peers on the Student Senate to sit on the Board of Trustees as a non-voting member. Student representation on the Board provides opportunities for student interests to be heard and considered in Board decisions.
