Parent-Teacher Conferences (Thursday March 21st)

Dear Parent/Guardians/Caregivers,

Parent-Teacher Conferences are being held in person on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

You will receive a link in your Edsby Messages on Monday March 18th in order to book an appointment with your student’s teachers. The appointment booking system will be available from 12:00 p.m. on Monday March 18 until 5pm on Wednesday March 20 at 5:00 p.m., 2024. After this time, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a meeting or phone call. 

Appointments will fill up quickly. If you are not able to schedule an interview for March 21st, please contact the teacher directly via Edsby or phone to arrange an alternate time for a phone conversation.

That evening our Program Support Teachers will be available to you by appointment. Please use the same Edsby link to make an appointment with Program Support.

Guidance Teachers will also be available to you on a drop-in basis. Please feel free to stop by the Guidance Department to speak with your student’s counsellor.
