Happy Wellness Wednesday! Just a quick reminder that stress is a normal part of life, and school can definitely be one of the things that causes it. Whether it’s learning something difficult, homework, tests, friendships, or just trying to keep up—it’s okay to feel a little overwhelmed sometimes.

A little stress can be a good thing because it enhances focus, boosts motivation, and improves productivity, however too much can bring us down.

What matters most is how we handle stress:

  • Talk to someone you trust
  • Give yourself permission to take breaks.
  • Stay organized. A simple to-do list or planner can help you feel more in control and less stressed.

Remember you’re not alone, and you’re doing better than you think!
