Congratulations to St. Mary Catholic Secondary School's Senior Concert Band and Jazz Bands

St. Mary Catholic Secondary School's Senior Concert Band and Jazz Bands were invited to compete at MusicFest Canada on May 15 and 16 in Niagara Falls. To be invited to compete at this National Level, a group must qualify at a regional festival which we did in May of 2016.  

There were over 250 bands from across the country competing at this festival and we are very proud to announce that St. Mary Catholic Secondary School was granted a Silver Standing in both the Senior Concert and Jazz Bands. Their teachers Mrs. Clarridge and Mrs. Puccia could not be more proud as to how well our students prepared for this event and how they represented St. Mary Catholic Secondary School - with class, grace and exemplary behaviour.
