Yearbook Submission of Individual Student Photos (2020-2021)

Hello St. Mary Community!

The time has come to submit your portrait photo for the 2020-2021 St Mary Yearbook!  
Original deadline extended - All photos should be submitted by Friday May 14th  

Each year, we look forward to including student (by grade) and staff photos in our Yearbook. Since we cannot have a Photo Day this year, we are collecting headshots in the following manner!

Please note the following: 

• photo must include only head and shoulders (from just below the shoulders to a bit above the head) 
• students must be in the proper uniform shirt/sweater 
• background must be a neutral, solid colour 
• picture must be clear and bright 
• only common image file types are allowed (e.g. jpg, gif, png) 

ANY PHOTOS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK! 

Please note that all information given in the file is tracked to your school DCLive account and will be available to school administration and the Yearbook teacher and class.

• Grade 9
• Grade 10
• Grade 11
• Grade 12 The yearbook layout will include your GRAD picture AND a PORTRAIT or BABY photo. Please submit a personal portrait OR a baby photo for the 2020-2021 Yearbook using the Grade 12 Form. The Grade 12 Grad photos booked through Edge Imaging will be used in the yearbook. You do not need to submit Grad photos using this form. If you have not booked your grad photo, please make your appointment at http://bookmygrad.ca/ using the school code KTM (April 12 - 23
