The Durham Catholic District School Board's Student Senate is conducting a survey to obtain students’ feedback on the new examination schedule (Monday-period 1 examinations, Tuesday- instructional day, Wednesday- period 2 examinations, Thursday- instructional day, Friday- period 3 examinations, Monday- period 4 examinations). Exploring the Trades 1On Tuesday, January 14th, grade 7 students from St. Monica and St. Isaac Jogues visited St. Mary C.S.S. to participate in an exploring trades and career pathways event. St. Mary Specialist High Skills Majors students lead the grade 7 students to various activities around the school. Amanda M"Art Over Matter" is the St. Mary CSS Senior Visual and Photo Exhibit.
The gala opening is Sunday February 2nd (11am - 3pm) at the Pickering Civic Centre, right beside the Pickering library. The gala is free admission and an opportunity to mingle with the students artists and view their works.  All are invited into the Mayor's rotunda around noon for dignitary speeches and presentations.
