Mental Wellness Cafe 2021
"Sticking together while staying apart"

This year it’s more important than ever to stay informed about how to take care of our mental health. Many of us are facing novel challenges that are made even more difficult to cope with because of social distancing protocols. This year's mental wellness cafe will focus on connecting with your friends, family and community. We will be featuring performances and artwork from St. Mary, All Saints and DCVSS students!

We are also pleased to announce that Jennifer Kolari will once again return as our guest speaker. One of the nation’s leading parenting experts, Jennifer Kolari is a highly sought-after international speaker and the founder of Connected Parenting. A child and family therapist with a busy practice based in Toronto and San Diego, Kolari is also the author of Connected Parenting: How To Raise A Great Kid (Penguin Group USA and Penguin Canada, 2009) and You’re Ruining My Life! (But Not Really) Surviving the Teenage Years with Connected Parenting (Penguin Canada, 2011). Kolari is a frequent guest on many national morning shows and her advice can be found in many Canadian and U.S. magazines. For more information, please visit her website: www.connectedparenting.com

Lastly, we will be featuring a panel of school support staff who will be available to answer questions at the end of the evening.
