Grade 8 Student & Parent Information Evening - Tuesday January 17 @ 7pm

St. Mary Catholic Secondary School welcomes Grade 8 students who will be attending St. Mary in September 2017 and their parents/guardians to join us on Tuesday January 17th at 7pm. 

 

Guidance will present an overview of the registration process and how to select courses for Grade 9.

 

There will be additional information sessions highlighting various programs at St. Mary, such as Extended French, Pre-Advanced Placement (AP) English, Pre-Advanced Placement (AP) Math, Ultimate Potential (UP) Math, Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM), and Cooperative Education. Students and parents will also have the opportunity to visit different departments around the school to learn more about the various compulsory and elective (e.g., Arts, Business, and Technology) courses offered. 

 

Students from our associate DCDSB elementary schools and from other local elementary schools are invited to attend. Our Guidance Team will be available to discuss the registration process for students who do not currently attend Father Fenlon, St. Elizabeth Seton, St. Isaac Jogues, St. Joseph, St. Monica, or St. Wilfrid.
