Creative Minds Youth Contest - Durham
Intercultural Dialogue Institute GTA in collaboration with four school boards in Durham Region is happy to announce its 6th Annual Creative Minds Youth Contest, formerly known as Art and Essay Contest, for secondary school students affiliated with the participating school boards. This year’s theme is “My Canada”to celebrate the 150th anniversary of our great country. Submissions will be accepted in three categories: art, essay and short video.
Creative Minds Contest aims to engage students in the contest theme and give them a unique opportunity to express their ideas through the creation of essays, posters and short videos. It is expected to make a positive impact in preparing youth to be empathetic and responsible citizens of their communities and the globe.
